The "lost album" of 2013 is at last made free to the world. Damien Tavis Toman's final contribution to the songwriting vocation comes also as his only album recorded in an actual recording studio, with a producer, backing vocalists, and all the boozy excess one should expect.

Inspired by a year-long immersion in the Mexican cult of La Santisima Muerte (Most Holy Death), "In Love With Death" is precisely what its title indicates: an album of love-songs dedicated to the Grim Reapress. Like the religious movement that inspires it, however, its composition is as eclectic as its intention is specific, in faithful keeping with DTT's familiar genre-bending tendencies.

Though DTT and his accomplices completed the recording of this album early in 2013, it was never certain that it would be released into general circulation. Finally, the artist has approved its release, and we hope very much that it satisfies tastes both morbid and romantic.
